Big Sandy ISD provides online registration through our Parent Portal. This convenient process allows Wildcat families to complete all required enrollment forms from anywhere, at any time. While enrollment forms can be completed on a smartphone, we strongly recommend using a computer or tablet for the best experience.
You must have an email address.
Make sure the email address you use to set up your Parent Portal account is the same you list on your parent contact information.
To create your account:
Visit the Big Sandy ISD Parent Portal page
Click on the tab that reads “Create Account” and follow the instructions
Once you finish, a pop-up message will ask you to verify your email address. Open the verification email from Parent Portal and click “Validate Email.”
Once logged in, click on the blue box that says “Enroll New Student”
Do not press the back arrow in your browser. If needed, use the “Previous Form” button to go back.
Complete all required fields and forms and click next on the bottom of the page until you receive a notification to Submit.
If you are unable to click the SUBMIT button, make sure you see a checkmark next to all required forms. If you do not fill out and save a form, the system will not allow you to submit.
If you become disconnected or want to continue your registration at a later time, you may click on step 4 to continue a previously started registration.

Student's immunization record
Parent's driver's license
Proof of residency with one of the following documents:
Utility bill with name and address (electric, water, or gas...no mobile phone bills)
Lease agreement or deed
